If an AI service will not open reliably, you can use PandaFan to prepare your network connection. PandaFan provides the plan, client, device support, and connection assistance. XiuStore provides a purchase entry point and AI IP checks.

Before you start

  • Keep access to the email address and account used for PandaFan.
  • Check the plan term, supported devices, final price, and renewal method.
  • Follow instructions for your own device rather than another operating system.
  • Direct PandaFan plan, connection, device, and refund questions to PandaFan.

Activate PandaFan

  1. Register or sign in through the official PandaFan website. Avoid advertisements and links from unknown chats or file-sharing sites.
  2. Check the service term, supported devices, price, and renewal method before purchasing.
  3. If the page has a referral ID field, you may enter 332773. This guide does not promise a discount, cashback, or extra service.
  4. After payment, return to the account or service page and confirm that the service is active and the device-specific download or setup entry is available.

Continue when the account shows an active service and a setup option for your device.

Install and connect on your device

After signing in, open PandaFan downloads, choose your operating system and device, and follow the current installation and connection instructions.

If the macOS page explicitly offers a Surge setup, follow that route to install Surge, import the configuration shown for your own account, and authorize the network extension. Surge is one supported macOS route when offered, not a requirement for every device.

Use PandaFan’s current instructions or support for installation, permissions, client choice, and connection problems. Avoid third-party downloads and configurations shared by other people.

The device should show a working connection and ordinary web pages should open.

If you are setting up the delivered Claude static proxy

The Chrome static proxy walkthrough requires an upstream provider that supplies a Clash / Mihomo subscription URL. Confirm that your current plan supports this format. Being able to connect through a dedicated app does not by itself provide a compatible subscription URL.

When you have a compatible subscription, return to step 1 of the Claude guide and test that connection before adding the static proxy. Do not use the app’s download URL as the subscription URL.

Check the connection

  1. Open an ordinary web page first.
  2. Open XiuStore AI IP Check and start the check.
  3. Review the Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Perplexity, and Cloudflare results. The tool does not separately test Gemini.
  4. Compare exit IPs, countries, risk indicators, and WebRTC candidate addresses.
  5. Open the AI provider’s official page.

A working connection means ordinary pages load, the IP tool reports an exit, and the target service page opens. Account eligibility, sign-in, and subscription activation still need their own checks.

Troubleshoot

Problem Next step
The purchased service is not active Keep the PandaFan order reference and payment time, then ask PandaFan to check payment and activation
No setup option is available for your device Recheck the device selection in your PandaFan account or contact PandaFan support
The app says connected but pages do not open Record the OS, client name, and visible error and ask PandaFan to check the connection
The AI service repeatedly requests verification or restricts the account Stop repeated submissions, save the original notice and current exit information, and follow account troubleshooting

Support and privacy

PandaFan handles its service, payment, connection, and device support. XiuStore handles XiuStore orders, delivery, and after-sales requests. Platform restrictions belong to the AI provider.

Do not send account passwords, payment details, or private configuration links in general support chat. Keep configuration URLs private and use redacted evidence when asking for help.

Sources and review date

The PandaFan setup paths were reviewed against its public website and download entry on 2026-08-31. This translation preserves that review date. Available clients and device-specific instructions may change; follow the current account page. The Clash / Mihomo prerequisite comes from the current XiuStore Claude proxy walkthrough.
