# Redeem a code with the required account details

The redemption page checks the code and identifies the service before asking for account details. ChatGPT currently uses the complete Session JSON, Claude uses a Session Key, and Grok uses an account UID. Follow the identified service rather than guessing from the product name.

## Verify the redemption code

1. Open [XiuStore redemption](https://store.xiu.ai/en/redeem/).
2. Enter the full code delivered in your order.
3. Select the code-verification action.
4. Check the identified service and required account information.

This step submits only the code, not account credentials. Do not add spaces or notes to the code.

## Claude: submit a Session Key

Claude redemption uses only `sessionKey`. It is a sensitive sign-in credential, not an API key.

1. On your own device, open [Claude](https://claude.ai/) and sign in to the account being activated.
2. Open browser developer tools and go to **Application → Cookies → `https://claude.ai`**.
3. Find `sessionKey` and copy the complete value beginning with `sk-ant-sid`.
4. Return to XiuStore, paste it into the **Claude Session Key** field, confirm the code and account, and submit.
5. Return to Claude and check the signed-in identity, plan, subscription status, and expiration.

## ChatGPT: submit the complete Session

Use your own device and confirm that you are on the designated [XiuStore redemption page](https://store.xiu.ai/en/redeem/).

1. Sign in to the order's account at [ChatGPT](https://chatgpt.com/).
2. Open the [ChatGPT Session page](https://chatgpt.com/api/auth/session) in a new tab and copy the entire JSON object, not an individual field.
3. Return to the redemption page, paste it into the account Session field, check the code and account, and submit.
4. Return to ChatGPT and verify the identity, plan, status, and expiration.

## Grok: submit the account UID

1. Sign in to the order's account at [Grok](https://grok.com/) on your own device.
2. Open the [Grok Session page](https://grok.com/api/auth/session) in another tab.
3. Copy the complete `session.userId` value. It should be a standard UUID.
4. Paste it into **Grok UID** on the redemption page, check the code and account, and submit.
5. Return to Grok and confirm the account identity and subscription status.

The redemption page does not write the account data to browser local storage; submitting sends it to the redemption service. Close the page afterward and avoid shared or untrusted devices.

## If redemption fails

- Check that the code, service type, and required data are complete.
- Keep real Sessions, Session Keys, passwords, and verification codes out of screenshots.
- Save the order reference, time, and redacted original error.
- Contact support through the order. Support does not need you to resend sign-in credentials in chat or email.
